1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain a btjili account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:
- You are at least 18 years of age. Players aged under 18 are strictly prohibited from using any btjili service, regardless of parental or guardian consent.
- You are registering the account in your own name, using your own accurate personal details, for your own personal use. Registering an account on behalf of another person, or using an account opened by another person, is strictly prohibited.
- You are not currently self-excluded from btjili or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that covers btjili.
- You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using btjili.
- You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of btjili, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless express written permission has been granted by btjili management.
- You are not using any automated software, bot, artificial intelligence tool, or mechanical or electronic device to interact with the btjili platform in a manner that is not available to ordinary human players.
btjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and payment method ownership from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal processing until the verification is completed.
Where btjili has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending a formal age verification review. If the review confirms that the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned (minus any withdrawal costs already incurred), and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to use reputable third-party parental control software to prevent underage access to online gambling sites, including btjili. 3. Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of btjili services — including deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, and casino gaming — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. One Account Policy
Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one btjili account. Creating or attempting to create more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, or the same payment method — is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. btjili uses a combination of device fingerprinting, payment method cross-referencing, and IP monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed, all pending bonuses will be cancelled, and any balance associated with the duplicate account may be forfeited.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your btjili username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. btjili will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity that occurs on your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by any other person to whom you have disclosed your credentials — is your sole responsibility.
If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify btjili immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. btjili strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account to provide an additional layer of security against unauthorised access.
KYC Verification

This process may require you to submit copies of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
All deposits to your btjili account must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. btjili does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. The standard minimum deposit via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your btjili account balance within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from your payment provider.
btjili reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if there is reason to believe the payment may be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the originating payment method and the account may be placed under review.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the qualifying deposit on the account, where technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds. If your original deposit method is no longer available, you must contact [email protected] to discuss alternative withdrawal arrangements, which will be subject to additional verification.
The standard minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
Before processing a withdrawal, btjili may require the player to complete KYC verification, confirm that all active bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied, and confirm that the account has not been flagged for any suspicious activity review. btjili reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for security review purposes without prior notice to the player.
Dormant Account Policy
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. btjili reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per calendar month to dormant accounts with a positive balance, until either the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in and contacting support. Players with dormant accounts are encouraged to log in periodically or to withdraw their balance if they no longer intend to use the platform.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
btjili offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. These general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless the specific offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified in the offer terms. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳10,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live casino games, table games, and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 20%), or may not contribute at all. Bonus Abuse & Misuse
btjili operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. Practices that btjili considers to constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using low-risk betting strategies (such as placing opposing bets on outcomes that cover all possibilities) to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and systematically withdrawing only after bonuses have been cleared without any meaningful gaming activity. Where btjili identifies or reasonably suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and close the player account.
Promotional Validity & Expiry
All bonuses and free spins have an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date the bonus is credited, as specified in the offer terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds that have not been wagered to the required level before the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account at the time of expiry. btjili will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Durga Puja are available for limited periods only. btjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already opted in and begun satisfying the promotion's conditions will not be unreasonably disadvantaged by any mid-promotion change.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
All sports betting and casino gaming activity on the btjili platform is governed by the rules set out in this section, together with any game-specific or event-specific rules published on the relevant section of the btjili website. In the event of any discrepancy, the game-specific rules take precedence over the general rules in this section for that specific game or event.
Bet Acceptance
A bet is not accepted and settled until it has been confirmed and a unique bet reference number has been issued to the player. Until that confirmation is issued, btjili is not liable for any losses arising from a bet that was not successfully placed. btjili reserves the right to decline any bet, in whole or in part, at its absolute discretion, including bets that appear to take advantage of pricing errors or system malfunctions.
Pricing Errors & Obvious Errors
Occasionally, due to technical issues or human error, btjili may display incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or incorrect bonus amounts. In all such cases, btjili reserves the right to void any bets placed at materially incorrect odds and to correct any game results or account balances affected by a technical error. Bets that have been voided will be returned to the player's account balance. btjili will not honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds where it can be reasonably demonstrated that the player was aware, or ought to have been aware, that the odds were incorrect.
Cricket Betting
Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published on the btjili Cricket page. Key rules include: match result markets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, etc.); in the event of a match being abandoned or declared a no-result, all affected markets will be voided and stakes returned; live in-play bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined will be voided.
Casino Games
All casino game outcomes on the btjili platform are determined by certified random number generation software provided by the game studio supplying that title. btjili has no ability to manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the game will resume from its last confirmed state when the player reconnects. If a game cannot be resumed, the bet will be returned to the player's account.
7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the btjili platform. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive — btjili reserves the right to take action against any conduct it reasonably determines to be harmful, fraudulent, or contrary to the spirit of fair play, even if that conduct is not explicitly listed below.
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a btjili account.
- Engaging in money laundering or using btjili to conceal, transfer, or process the proceeds of illegal activity.
- Colluding with other players during poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence, or other automated tools to interact with any part of the btjili platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in games or the btjili platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a confirmed bug are subject to forfeiture.
- Placing bets with inside knowledge of a predetermined sporting outcome (match-fixing).
- Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies in conjunction with bonus funds.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing btjili staff, support agents, or other players.
- Providing false information during registration, verification, or any subsequent account review process.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
- Immediate suspension and permanent closure of the player account
- Forfeiture of all bonus balances and winnings generated through prohibited activity
- Withholding of any pending withdrawal requests pending full investigation
- Recovery of funds already withdrawn where permitted by applicable law
- Reporting to relevant financial intelligence units or law enforcement agencies
- Civil or criminal legal action where losses to btjili or third parties are established
- Permanent ban on re-registration under any name or payment method
8. Account Suspension & Closure
Players may close their btjili account at any time by submitting a written closure request to [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or security reviews. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Voluntary Self-Exclusion
If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, btjili strongly encourages you to make use of the self-exclusion facility. A self-exclusion can be requested for a minimum period of 6 months and is not reversible during the exclusion window. To request self-exclusion, email [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Your account will be suspended within 24 hours of the request being received. During a self-exclusion, btjili will not send you any marketing communications and will suspend your account access entirely. Closure by btjili
btjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; account inactivity for an extended period; or any other situation where btjili reasonably determines that maintaining the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.
Where an account is closed by btjili due to a suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to the player within a reasonable timeframe. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited in accordance with the nature of the breach.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe that btjili has acted incorrectly in relation to your account, a bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other matter, you should raise a formal complaint by emailing [email protected] with full details of the dispute. btjili commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 10 business days. btjili's decision on any dispute is final, subject to any mandatory dispute resolution rights available to you under applicable law.
